On behalf of everyone at Impact Physio, I would like to take this opportunity to wish you a Merry Christmas, or Happy Hanukkah or best wishes for whatever your beliefs are!
This is probably my favorite time of year (although, I am not a big fan of the Christmas music and I don’t really decorate or bake cookies). Not because of the gifts or parties, but rather the time spent with friends, family and loved ones. While I should do a better job of showing appreciation to others throughout the year, Christmas time reminds me that I need to take inventory of my life, and be grateful for the people and opportunities that I am privelaged to experience. It is a time to reflect, be thankful and show gratitude.
I am thankful for my health and the health of my family. I am thankful for the opportunity to wake up each morning and go to work in an occupation that I enjoy. I am thankful for the opportunity to interact with wonderful people on a daily basis. I am blessed to be able to share with them and learn from them. Each interaction, if reflected upon, is an opportunity to learn and grow!
I hope that each of you is able to enjoy this time of year, and share your love with those you care about!
John
