- We meet weekly for an all hands on deck staff meeting so that EVERYONE knows what is going on inside the company. We work on problem solving as a TEAM. We also work on clinical treatment skills and position specific training.
- We are serious about personal development. This includes creating a professional development plan and providing regular training. We want people to grow along with us.
- It is not easy to work here. If you do not like to be challenged professionally, then this is not the right place for you. There are plenty of other opportunities where you can punch in, punch out and collect a check.
