Daniel Gendimenico
Front Office Coordinator
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from Penn State University, where I built a strong foundation in healthcare operations and organizational management. I continued my education at the University of Scranton, completing my Master of Health Administration with a focus on leadership, system efficiency, and patient‑centered care.
I have experience working within a hospital system, where I supported multiple multidisciplinary specialties and contributed to operational oversight across various clinical areas. In this role, I helped monitor and improve key performance metrics, supported workflow optimization, and collaborated with providers and administrative teams to enhance clinic efficiency and patient experience. My background has given me a strong understanding of clinical operations, cross‑department coordination, and the systems needed to keep a healthcare environment running smoothly.
Integrity: I believe in honesty not only with others, but with myself. Integrity guides my decisions, my communication, and the way I show up for the people and responsibilities entrusted to me.
Growth: I am committed to continuous improvement. I view setbacks as opportunities to learn, adapt, and elevate not as reasons to remain stuck. Growth is a daily practice, and I embrace it with intention and humility.
“Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway” – Earl Nightingale
In my role, I verify insurance information and help patients understand their coverage so they know what to expect before starting care. I track key clinic metrics to determine when additional appointments or provider availability may be needed. I also assist patients with scheduling and ensure appointments are arranged in a timely and efficient manner to support smooth clinic operations and a positive patient experience.
I really value the open communication within our clinic. Being part of a smaller team allows us to support one another in a way that directly strengthens the care we provide. I appreciate that each patient is treated in a true one‑on‑one setting, giving them the focused attention and individualized care they deserve at every visit. This environment not only enhances the patient experience but also allows us to deliver care that feels personal, consistent, and meaningful.
What’s Daniel Reading, Listening To, or Watching?
I enjoy thought‑provoking content, especially podcasts by Joe Rogan and Mel Robbins. One of the most meaningful books I’ve read is Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor E. Frankl, which has shaped my perspective on purpose, resilience, and personal growth.
When I’m not working, I enjoy staying active and spending time on the things that keep me grounded. I compete in powerlifting, which requires discipline, hard work, and consistency qualities that carry into every part of my life. I also enjoy relaxing with friends or family, listening to music, or unwinding with a good book or podcast. These moments help me recharge and stay balanced.
