Infrared sauna in South Abington Township.

Gentle, deep heat that eases tight muscles and supports recovery between sessions, so you leave looser than you walked in.

Deep, gentle heat Recovery, not a treatment Talk to a Specialist

What It Is

Heat that reaches deeper than steam.

Infrared heat works differently than a traditional steam or dry sauna. Instead of just warming the air around you, it uses radiant heat that penetrates below the skin, into the muscle itself.

That deeper warmth helps loosen tight tissue and supports blood flow to the area. Many people also find it easier to sit with: it’s a gentler heat than a standard sauna, without the heavy, thick-air feeling.

It’s not a treatment on its own. Think of it as a recovery add-on: something we use between or after sessions to support the work your Physical Therapist is already doing, never a replacement for it.

Questions, Answered

Infrared sauna, no mystery.

Yes. Infrared heat runs gentler than a traditional steam or dry sauna, so it’s comfortable even if high heat usually isn’t your thing. You control the setting, and our team checks in on you throughout the session.

It’s a recovery add-on, not a treatment by itself. We use it to help your muscles relax between or after sessions with your Physical Therapist, never in place of your actual plan.

Recovery add-ons like infrared sauna are sometimes a self-pay extra rather than a billed treatment, depending on your plan. We’ll always tell you upfront what’s included, so there’s no surprise on your bill. Questions before then? Call us at (570) 319-6903.
